Privacy Policy

Draft prepared for review by a qualified attorney. Not legal advice. Items marked [to fill] are not yet provided. Last updated: November 1, 2026.

Who we are

Lasry Academy is a program of Tehilat Yitzchak Center Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (3342 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312). Contact for privacy requests: info@haravlasry.com.

What we collect

When you join a waitlist, reserve a spot or ask for updates, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the event or program you chose, the page or source you came from, your language, and your consent. We do not collect payment card details on this site. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. We store your language choice in your browser (local storage).

Why we use it

To add you to the waitlist, tell you when registration opens, send confirmations and event reminders you agreed to, and answer your questions. We send email only with your consent, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who receives it

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database), HubSpot, Inc. (our contact management and email system), and, when payments open, Stripe, Inc. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare), which means your browser contacts those services. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Sensitive information

Course intake questionnaires may ask personal questions. Those answers are kept only with Rabbi Lasry and are not shared with or stored in the systems listed above.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Wherever you live (including the United States, Israel, the European Union and the United Kingdom, and South America) you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@haravlasry.com, or use the unsubscribe page to stop emails. Under Israeli law (Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13) and similar laws, you may also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change.
